Personal Information as described by PIPEDA is any information about an identifiable individual, but does not include the name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization.


Why do we collect Personal Information?

We collect Personal Information to provide you with membership at our golf course, use of our golf course facilities and event hosting services. This includes providing these specific services and providing information that is relevant to delivering these services. This may include communications or correspondence about topics such as, but not limited to: course play and events scheduling; membership application, approval and renewal; organizing hosted events; and/or occasional offers and promotions.


How do we collect personal information?

We collect Personal Information by lawful and fair means only, and only collect the Personal Information that is reasonably necessary for the legitimate purposes identified above and for which consent has been obtained. 

The Website provides various places for users to provide information. We collect information that users provide by filling out forms on the Website, emailing us, or calling us by telephone.

We use the information you provide to us to deliver the requested service(s), to improve our overall Website and operations performance, and to provide you with relevant information and promotions.


Information we collect through tracking technology

As you navigate through our Website, we may use data collection technologies including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, website optimization testing software, and marketing automation software to collect certain information about your equipment, and browsing actions and patterns. Email policies

We will take all reasonable actions required to keep your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease email addresses to third parties. We will not disclose your email address to any third parties except as required by law or for necessary business operations as described in “Disclosure of information” below.

All e-mails sent by us will be in compliance with the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (“CASL”), including clearly identifying who the e-mail is from and information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain instructions on how to remove your email address from our mailing list so that you receive no further e-mail communication from us.  Users who no longer wish to receive our marketing email communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mail.


How do we use your information?

We use Personal Information for purposes of using our Website, providing you with relevant information about the services we provide to you, providing you with offers for our services, providing you with information about your membership or hosted event, carrying out any contract between you and the Company, administering our business activities, providing customer service, and making available other items and services to our customers and prospective customers.
